About Sodus Community Health Center

Sodus Community Health Center (SCHC) is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, women's health, pediatric, chronic disease management, and lab services to the residents of Wayne County and surrounding areas. The center's mission is to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to individuals regardless of their ability to pay. SCHC has been serving the community since 1974 and has expanded to three locations in Sodus, Huron, and Williamson.

Services Offered

Medical Services

SCHC offers primary care services for all ages, including preventive care, sick visits, physical exams, and chronic disease management. The medical team consists of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who work together to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
