Who is eligible for the World Trade Center Health Program?
First responders, recovery workers, and volunteers who participated in rescue and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center, Pentagon, or Shanksville, Pennsylvania sites between September 11, 2001 and July 31, 2002 are eligible for the WTCHP. Additionally, survivors who were present in the New York City disaster area on September 11, 2001 may also be eligible for certain services.
